Colour: medium red
Smell: dried plums, jam, notes of leather, very dark chocolate
Taste: the odor impressions are reflected in the taste. Soft acids and light terroir taste in the background
Finish: fairly long
Wine/food: poultry with a distinct taste such as duck, mature/aged cheeses, stews, spicy sauces or dishes, pizza with chorizo and blue cheese
Comments: Despite its young age, the wine is easily accessible and the tannins are nice and soft. The label says "dry wine" but you recognize a clear sweetness
