Shipping and Returns
Please note: Our suppliers are having problems with delivery due to the Corona pandemic. It is therefore possible that certain items are not available.
Experience Israel works together with DHL for shipping. You will receive a package so that your products from Israel remain of top quality. We will send your package with a tracking code so that you are kept informed of the delivery. During checkout you can choose which carrier you want to use.
For DHL, the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Experience Israel ships standard to all destinations within the Benelux. Shipping to other countries in the EU can be requested. There may be additional costs associated with this.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping costs at Experience Israel are only €5.95 and orders above €50,- within the Netherlands are free! If you order from Belgium, the shipping costs are € 8,46. Shipping costs to other countries are available on request. You can of course pick up your order for free at our warehouse in Heerde.
When can I expect my package?
We have most items in stock and we will send them to you quickly. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. If you have ordered brands with a different delivery time, we will stick to the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time.
For products that we do not have in stock, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days. We will only ship your complete order (including items without a delivery time) when it is complete.
If you need the item with the faster delivery time sooner, you can let us know and we will send the order in parts. In the unlikely event that the delivery of the order is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail.
What happens if I am not at home?
The carrier will deliver your package to the shipping address you specify when ordering. Is there no one present and it does not fit through the letterbox? Then the package is delivered to the neighbors. If the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, your package will be taken to a DHL service point. Don't forget your ID when you pick up.
Can I exchange an item?
Do you want to exchange your item(s)? No problem. Please contact us and we will send you the right products free of charge. Return costs are for your own account. If you opt for a refund of the purchase amount, the return costs of €5 will be deducted from the return amount.
How do I return my package?
You have the legal right to return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You do this by sending an email to [email protected], stating your order number + the items you are returning. You can also send the model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory. We do not accept returns that are registered after the above 14 days.
After your return, you then have another 14 days to return the items in question. If reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Below our address details:

Return costs are for your own account. Do not forget to include the packing slip with your return and to tick which products you have returned. We will refund the entire order amount including shipping costs within 14 working days to the payment account that was used to pay online.
