Sauvignon Blanc and French Colombard

The wine is made from 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% French Colombard. Sauvignon Blanc contributes freshness, lively acidity and citrus aromas. French Colombard adds fruitiness, softness and a lightly aromatic character. Together, the two grape varieties create a fresh and balanced white wine that is easy to enjoy while retaining plenty of character.

Origin - Israel

The grapes for this wine come from Shfelat Yehuda, the rolling foothills of the Judean Mountains. This area provides favourable conditions for producing fresh and aromatic white wines.

Vinification - Freshness comes first

The Sauvignon Blanc and French Colombard grapes are harvested and processed separately. After gentle pressing, the grape juice is transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve as much of the grapes' natural fruit character as possible. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, helping it retain its fresh acidity and lively character.
