Full-sweet red-brown wine with the smell and taste of dried raisins. Flavor and color are created by a traditional way of making wine that is passed down from generation to generation. The bottle has a screw cap and can be stored for at least 3-4 months after opening.
The wine is made from red grapes, mainly Carignan and Argaman, which have a high sugar content. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks, but the maturation takes place in oak barrels that are not completely full and are located outside where the temperature can rise to 50°C during the day and it is much cooler at night. Because the barrels are not completely full, the wine will oxidize, which creates the specific taste and color. It is a unique wine with its own unique taste.
