Fig jam from Israel - taste the sun-ripened fruit! Beth El Foods is a small producer of jams and preserves in Zikhron Yaakov, in the Carmel Mountains. Their jam is made according to a centuries-old recipe in open cooking pots, using a traditional hand-stirred method. No artificial colours or preservatives are added to the jam. The exceptionally high fruit content ensures natural, delicious preserves. Net weight: 340 g
