Elite Turkish Coffee 100 g, finely ground coffee from Israel

Elite Turkish Coffee is an aromatic, finely ground coffee from Israel. Unlike instant coffee, it is not dissolved in water. Instead, the fine coffee grounds are traditionally brewed together with the water.

For traditional preparation, use an ibrik or finjan. Add about 1 teaspoon of coffee per cup to the pot, add water and heat the coffee slowly. Do not allow the coffee to boil vigorously. Pour carefully into a cup, leaving as much of the coffee grounds as possible in the pot.
